How It Works

First, you need to set the date. Once you’re in Chef Aldo’s calendar, it’s confirmed!

You will advise him of the approximate number of guests, and discuss what kind of menu and style you are looking for. Chef welcomes your thoughts, ideas and questions. With this info Chef Aldo will provide an estimate.

The week prior to your event you and Chef will discuss the details: number of courses, food allergies, specific dishes, serving style and anything else you want to include. There is total flexibility right up until the morning of your event, because that’s when Chef does all the shopping.

Chef Aldo will arrive about 30 minutes before the first guests. He will bring all the chef’s utensils, pans and pots etc: you need only provide the tableware and serving dishes.

While you and your guests are enjoying coffee, Chef cleans up. Afterwards, you won’t see a trace of his hard work in your kitchen.
